NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR APPOINTED

 

The 28.12.98 meeting of AS Pro Kapital Management Board 

decided to appoint Andrus Laurits, a member of the 

Management Board, as a new managing director of AS pro 

Kapital. 

 

Andrus Laurits (25) has been a member of the Management 

Board of Pro Kapital since September 1997 and is employed by 

the company since February 1997. From 1993 to 1997 he worked 

in AS Boxer Puidu Eksport as a vice managing director. 

Laurits studies international business in Concordia 

International University. Andrus Laurits is also a member of 

the Management Board and managing director of AS Pro Kapital 

Lithuanian subsidiary PK Vilnius, and he is responsible for 

the development of the affiliated group’s business 

activities in the Republic of Lithuania. Andrus Laurits does 

not own the shares of AS Pro Kapital.

 

The members of the Management Board of Pro Kapital are 

Davide Marco Bizzi and Andrus Laurits. The previous managing 

director of the company, Antonio Moscatello, left AS Pro 

Kapital due to transition to another job position outside of 

the companies of Pro Kapital affiliated group.
