NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD AND MANAGEMENT BOARD 

 

The 22.12.98 meeting of the Supervisory Board of Pennu Computer 

Technology Group decided to elect Indrek Rahumaa the Chairman of 

the Supervisory Board, and recalled the following members of the 

Management Board:

1.Lembit Abileid

2.Harro Kalda

3.Andres Hallmägi

4.Jüri Ploom

 

Proceeding from the proposal of the Chairman of the Supervisory 

Board, the Supervisory Board decided to elect one-member new 

Management Board, and to elect Arho Anttila the member of the 

Management Board (Manager).

 

Up to now, Arho Anttila was employed by AS Arbusto as CEO 

(Chairman of the Management Board). He is also a member of the 

Supervisory Boards of Tartu Õlletehas, Saare Õlu, A. Le Coq, and 

P&P Consulting.

 

Previously Arho Anttila has been a member of the Management 

Boards of Aktoris and Cresco Kapital.

 

Arho Anttila graduated in 1983 from the high school of Salo 

(Finland), and obtained the master's degrees in 1989 in Helsinki 

Economic and Business Administration University and University of 

South Carolina (Columbia, USA).
