Entry to the Business Register

 

The register department of Tallinn City Court satisfied the 16.12.98 

application of Leks Kindlustuse AS and AS ETAS Kindlustus to register the

respective insurance companies in the Business Register. In accordance 

with the decision of the insurance companies' shareholders, the merged 

company will continue its activities under the name of Leks Kindlustus.
