LISTING OF THE AS EESTI FOREKSPANK SHARES

 

According to the decision of the Listing Committee of 15.12.98, 23 637 696 AS 

Eesti Forekspank ordinary shares to be issued are conditionally listed on the 

main list of Tallinn Stock Exchange. The decision will come to force after the 

disclosure of the subscription results of the issuance, registration of the 

increase in share capital in the Business Register, and registration of the 

shares to be issued in the Estonian Central Depository for Securities.
