NEW STRUCTURE OF SHAREHOLDERS

 

Based on the consultations held with the major shareholders, 

the Management Board of AS ESS announces that after the 

reflection of the transactions made, planned or agreed upon by 

December 9, 1998, in the shareholders’ register, the circle of 

AS ESS shareholders will be the following:

 

Falck A/S	 		 65 %

Urmas Sõõrumaa			 26.37 %

OÜ ESS Investeering		  0.26 %

Other				  8.37 %

 

OÜ ESS Investeering has made an offering to the holders of 

8.37% of the AS ESS shares to purchase the respective shares at 

the price of 62.30 EEK per share. The offering is valid until 

January 4, 1999.
