CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

 

Today, on November 30, 1998, Falck Group announced to the 

Copenhagen Stock Exchange the acquisition of 65% of the AS ESS 

shares. 

 

Falck Group is an international economic affiliation, which 

main fields of activity include the rescue and security 

services. The annual sales of an affiliation amount more than 5 

billion DKK (10.5 billion EEK), and its subsidiaries employ ca 

20 000 people.

 

Falck Group has subsidiaries in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, 

Finland, Germany, and Poland.

 

Falck Group shares are listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange 

since 1995. The number of shareholders is approximately 11 000.
