INTERMEDIATE SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS OF ISSUE OF AS XXL.EE SHARES (AS 

OF 29.11.1999 AT 8:00 A.M.)

 

The issue of 400,000 shares of AS XXL.EE took place from 12.11.1999 

to 25.11.1999. The shareholders of AS XXL.EE were granted a 

pre-emptive right for subscription for 300 000 shares. 

Total of 308,541 shares were subscribed during the issue for EEK 

6,170,820.

100,000 shares issued were directed to the owners of XXL 

Internetivärav for acquisition of 100% holding in the company.
