CONDITINAL LISTING OF AS XXL.EE SHARES

 

According to the Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee's 

29.11.99 resolution, 400 000 additionally issued ordinary shares of 

AS XXL.EE are conditionally listed on the TSE Secondary List. 

 

The resolution will become effective after the company's share 

capital increase is registered with the Commercial Registry, and 

the respective shares are registered with the Estonian Central 

Depository for Securities.
