The subscription period for the issue of 14,7 million new shares ended on November 

15. During the subscription period, new shares were subscribed for as follows:

 

Margus Kalamees					    2 shares

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken Clients		  436 shares

Merita Bank Clients				7,601 shares

Swedbank				   14,700,851 shares

TOTAL:					   14,708,890 shares

 

 

The subscription list has to be approved by Hansabank's board.
