LISTING OF AS HANSAPANK SHARES

 

According to the Listing Committee's 10.11.98 decision, 14 708 890 AS Hansapank 

ordinary shares to be issued are conditionally listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange's 

main list. The decision will come to force after the disclosure of subscription 

results of the issuance, registration of the increase in the share capital in the 

Business Register, and registration of the shares to be issued in the 

Estonian Central Depository for Securities
