SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS

 

From 12.11.1999 to 25.11.1999 AS XXL.EE conducted the issue of 

400,000 shares. The shareholders of AS XXL.EE were granted a 

pre-emptive right for 300,000 shares. 100,000 shares were issued 

directly to the owners of OÜ XXL Internetivärav for acquisition of 

100% holding in the company.

 

The share issue was oversubscribed. The investors subscribed for 

total of 408,541 shares. According to the provisions of the issue 

prospectus, the Estonian Central Depository for Securities will 

return the amount paid for oversubscribed shares to the investors' 

accounts.
