COMMENTARY TO BNS NEWS OF 12.01.2000

 

The Management Board of Leks Kindlustuse AS does not have 

information about the negotiations held by its owners, Balti 

Kindlustuse AS and Swiss Re, about possible transactions with Leks 

Kindlustuse AS shares.  

 

Leks Kindlustuse AS will make an immediate announcement to the TSE 

after getting information about the negotiations and its results.
