ANNOUNCEMENT

 

ISSUE OF COMMERCIAL PAPERS

 

On 03.02.2000 Tallinna Kaubamaja AS will issue EEK 20 million worth 

of commercial papers at 5.85% annual interest rate and EEK 10 000 

face  value; the average weighed duration of the issue is 270 days. 

Schedule of redemption is as follows: 09.10.2000, 23.10.2000, 

30.10.2000, 06.11.2000 and 20.11.2000 in equal parts. Total volume 

of one payment is EEK 4 million, divided equally between 2000 

commercial papers.

 

The issue was organized by Hansabank Markets.

Total of 15 investors subscribed for the issue.

The issue was oversubscribed by more than 3 times.
