Q4 1999 SALES REPORT

 

The current report provides an overview of AS Pro Kapital real 

estate sales in Q4 1999.

 

In Estonia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in Ilmarise 

dwelling quarter, Vene St.19 and Narva St.13a in Tallinn, where the 

company sold 1,273 m2 of different premises for total of EEK 

20,339,500 in Q4. In addition the company sold a building in 

Tallinn, Vene St.9, for EEK 23 million. Hence the total sales of 

Pro Kapital in Estonia amounted to EEK 43,339,500.       

 

In Latvia Pro Kapital has developed and sells premises in 

condominium/office building located in the center of Riga (address 

Stabu 19). Between October and December 1999 Pro Kapital sold in 

Latvia 1,522.18 m2 of different premises for total of USD 2,006,652 

or EEK 31,223,505 (Bank of Estonia's official exchange rate on 

31.12.99 was USD 1 = EEK 15.56). 

 

Currently Pro Kapital does not have real estate objects for sale in 

Lithuania.  

 

Pro Kapital's total real estate sales in the Baltic countries in Q4 

1999 amounted to EEK 74,563,005.
