ANNOUNCEMENT

 

RECALLING OF SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBERS

 

The Management Board of HK Ruokatalo Oyj decided on 28.02.2000 to 

recall AS Rakvere Lihakombinaat (RLK) Supervisory Board members 

Tiit Kõuhkna and Toomas Kõuhkna based on the respective resignation 

applications.

 

The new Supervisory Board of RLK will consist of 4 members, 

including the current Supervisory Board members Simo Palokangas, 

Jukka Ahonen and Matti Perkonoja of Finland. Mr. Cardo Remmel of 

Estonia was elected the new Supervisory Board member. 

 

Mr. Cardo Remmel has worked on the position of the Chief Executive 

of Saku Õlletehas AS since 1989; in 1996 Mr. Remmel was appointed 

to chair the Management Board of Saku Õlletehas. Mr. Remmel is a 

RLK Supervisory Board member as of 29.02.2000. 

 

The term of office of the current RLK Supervisory Board will end on 

31.08.2000.
