ANNOUNCEMENT

 

REGISTRATION OF SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

 

On 18.02.2000 the Commercial Register registered the increase of 

Reval HG share capital.  

 

On 25.08.99 general meeting the shareholders resolved to increase 

the company's share capital through two directed issues: 

 

1. Directed issue of 1,000,000 new shares to financial investor(s) 

found by Reval HG Management Board members or authorized persons; 

subscription period 01.10.1999 - 25.02.2000. 

No shares were subscribed in the course of the issue. All 

unsubscribed shares were cancelled. 

 

2. Directed issue of 850,000 new shares to International Finance 

Corporation; subscription period 01.12.1999 - 30.01.2000.

450,857 shares were subscribed during the issue.

 

The new volume of Reval HG share capital is EEK 52,651,290, where 

IFC owns 8.5% stake. The subscribed shares were registered with the 

Estonian Central Depository for Securities on 01.03.2000.
