BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNCIL MEMBER



The General Meeting of Shareholders elected Andres Toome

a new member of the Council of Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.

From 1995 to 1998 Andres Toome worked in Estonian Investment

Bank on posts of Senior Project Manager to Head of Investment 

Department. Since 1998 Mr. Toome works as Director of 

Investment Department of Optiva Bank.



Currently Andres Toome is a council member at the following 

stock exchange companies:



1999 - present  AS Klementi (listed at Tallinn Stock Exchange),

1997 - present  PJSC Grindeks (listed at Riga Stock Exchange).



Andres Toome does not own shares in Tallinna Farmaatsiatehase AS.
