ANNOUNCEMENT

 

MANAGEMENT BOARD MEMBER RECALLED

 

On 15.03.2000 the Supervisory Board of Optiva Pank recalled Mr. 

Kaido Kangur (current head of business banking of Optiva Pank) from 

the bank's Management Board, effective as of 01.04.2000. Management 

Board will continue with 5 members.

 

The business and corporate banking divisions of Optiva Pank were 

united due to structural changes in the bank; the new division is 

to be headed by the current director of corporate banking Mr. Tauno 

Vanaselja.
