REDEMPTION OF XIII-SERIES BONDS



On 20.04.2000 Hüvitusfond will redeem the bonds issued in the 

course of closed issue of XIII-series bonds. Interest payments 

will be made on date of redemption.

The bondholders list will be closed for redemption and interest 

payments on 18.04.2000 at 8:00 a.m. (according to data from 

Estonian Central Depository for Securities).

The base interest for XIII-series bonds is 7% and additional 

interest 0%. Volume of closed issue is EEK 17.7 million.
