CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 10.05.2000 the Supervisory Board of RLK decided to appoint four 

members to the company's Management Board. The new Management Board 

member is Mr. Teet Soorm (30; currently CFO of RLK). Ilkka Häyhä, Uno 

Vallner and Hans Alander will continue as Management Board members.
