INTEREST RATES FOR VII-SERIES BONDS



Interest paid to the holders of Hüvitusfond VII-series bonds is 7% or 

EEK 7 per bond.



Interest payments will be made to investors holding the respective 

bonds as of the end-day of 25.05.2000, according to the data of the 

securities register of the Estonian Central Depository for 

Securities. Interest payments are transferred to the bondholders' 

accounts once a year on May 27, or the first banking day 

following that date. Hüvitusfond will make interest payments to the 

holders of VII-series bonds in total amount of 2.8 million 

EEK. Interest payments will be made to approximately 2,500 

bondholders.



The redemption date for VII-series bonds is 27.05.2002. 

Hüvitusfond will then buy back the bonds at nominal value, i.e. 

EEK 100 per bond. Interest payments on Hüvitusfond bonds to private 

persons are exempt from income tax.
