SALES RESULTS, APRIL



In April 2000 Leks Kindlustus collected EEK 21.7 million in insurance 

Premiums (EEK 86.1 million in 4 months of 2000). During the same 

period the company paid claims in total amount of EEK 7.5 million 

(EEK 36.9 million in 4 months of 2000).



In April 2000 Leks Kindlustus earned EEK 9.8 million in motor TPL

insurance premiums; in four months Leks has collected EEK 43.5 mln in 

motor TPL insurance premiums, compared to EEK 27.5 mln in four months 

of 1999 (59% y-o-y growth). In April Leks paid EEK 3.1 mln in claims 

(EEK 16.9 mln in four months).

Corporate kasko insurance premiums in April amounted to EEK 4.5 mln 

(EEK 16.2 mln in four months). Claims paid in this line of insurance 

stood in April at EEK 2.1 mln (EEK 9.7 mln in four months). 

Corporate property insurance premiums in April amounted to EEK 1.6 

mln (EEK 6.7 mln in four months). Claims paid in this line of 

insurance stood in April at EEK 798 thousand (EEK 2.7 mln in four 

months). 

Private property insurance premiums in April amounted to EEK 1.3 

mln (EEK 5 mln in four months). Claims paid in this line of 

insurance stood in April at EEK 105 thousand (EEK 490 thousand in 

four months). 

Private kasko insurance premiums in April amounted to EEK 1.5 mln 

(EEK 5.3 mln in four months). Claims paid in this line of insurance 

stood in April at EEK 1 mln (EEK 4.8 mln in four months).
