RESOLUTIONS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



The new Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Telekom has 

re-elected Aare Tark to be the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.



The Supervisory Board also recalled from the Management Board 

Mart Nurk who was elected to the Supervisory Board by the 

shareholders' meeting that was held last week.



The Supervisory Board decided to include the issue of the 

letter of resignation of Toomas Somera that was submitted 

today in the agenda of the next Supervisory Board meeting that 

will be held on 28th of June, 2000.
