BANKRUPTCY APPEAL AGAINST AS TB HOLDING



Leks Kindlustuse AS made a bankruptcy appeal to Tartu District Court 

(Tartu Maakohus) against AS TB Holding (former trade name AS Talinvest), 

that failed to meet its liability to Leks Kindlustuse AS from VI series 

CP issue of AS Talinvest on redemption date. The amount of claim is 

EEK 4,290,301.60.
