MANAGEMENT BOARD DECISION



On 02.06.2000 the Management Board of XXL.EE decided to extend the 

subscription period for AS XXL.EE shares by 2 weeks. The subscription 

period is scheduled to end on 17.07.2000 at 8:00 a.m.



The subscription period was extended because the negotiations with 

potential investors have turned to be longer than initially planned.
