CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF TARTU KAUBAMAJA



On 18.07.2000 the Management Board chairman of Tartu Kaubamaja, Mr. Jaan 

Kallas, presented a resignation application to the company's Supervisory 

Board.



The Supervisory Board of Tartu Kaubamaja will discuss the application and 

appointment of a new Management Board chairman on its next regular meeting. 

Until then Mr. Kallas will fulfill the duties of Tartu Kaubamaja Management 

Board chairman.
