NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD CHAIRMAN OF TARTU KAUBAMAJA



Supervisory Board of Tartu Kaubamaja AS today satisfied the 

resignation application of Management Board chairman Jaan 

Kallas. Mr. Kallas is to be replaced by Mr. Raul Puusepp. 

Since January 1995 Raul Puusepp headed the Tartu branch of 

Leks Kindlustuse AS. 

He does not have shares in Tallinna Kaubamaja AS, nor 

substantial holdings in other companies.
