CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



Erki Urva, the member of Optiva Pank Management Board, has 

presented a letter of resignation to Optiva Pank Management Board. 

Mr. Urva intends to resign from the office as of 01.10.2000.



Mr. Urva's resignation application will be discussed in the next 

meeting of Optiva Pank Supervisory Board. Erki Urva is currently the 

head of retail and personal banking.
