ANNOUNCEMENT

 

LISTING OF PRO KAPITAL GROUP SHARES

 

On 04.09.2000 Tallinn Stock Exchange Listing Committee decided to 

conditionally list the additionally issued ordinary shares of AS 

Pro Kapital Group on the TSE Main List. After meeting the 

requirements set by the TSE Listing Committee, 12,308,366 

additionally issued ordinary shares of Pro Kapital Group were 

listed on the TSE Main List on Wednesday, 06.09.2000. 

 

Altogether 34,808,366 AS Pro Kapital Grupp (PRO) ordinary shares 

are listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange as at 06.09.2000.

 

Trading takes place on the public order book. 

Minimum lot is 1,000 and tick size EEK 0.1.
