ANNOUNCEMENT

 

TSE SUPERVISORY BOARD DECISIONS

 

The Supervisory Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) held its 

meeting on September 7, 2000.

 

1. Supervisory Board elected Mr. Kalev Tanner as its chairman. 

Kalev Tanner is the CEO of on Baltic Cresco Investment Group. Mr. 

Tanner has been a member of TSE Supervisory Board since October 

1998. 

 

2. Supervisory Board elected Mr. Tarmo Amer as the member of TSE 

Management Board. Mr. Amer is the deputy CEO of Tallinn Stock 

Exchange. 

 

3. Due to expiration of tenure of office, the Supervisory Board 

re-appointed Riho Rassmann, Kalle Norberg, Toomas Luman, Henn Oit 

and Indrek Rahumaa the members of TSE Listing Committee.  

Kristel Kivinurm (Trigon Securities) was appointed the new member 

of TSE Listing Committee. 

Erkki Raasuke, Mart Habakuk and Roy Vaimand will continue as 

members of the Listing Committee.

 

4. Supervisory Board heard the Management Board's report on the 

progress of restructuring of TSE and ECDS. The Exchange will 

release a separate announcement about the progress of restructuring 

on Friday.
