CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 11.09.2000 the Supervisory Board of Optiva Pank decided to recall 

Management Board member Erki Urva, based on his resignation 

application.



Erki Urva, the current head of retail and personal banking, submitted 

an application to the Management Board to resign from the office as 

of 01.10.2000.
