REGISTRATION OF SHARE CAPITAL DECREASE



On 04.09.2000 Tallinna Linnakohus (Tallinn City Court) made an entry 

to register decrease in AS XXL.EE share capital from EEK 10,000,000.- 

to EEK 20,000,000.-.



AS XXL.EE has also submitted necessary documents to Tallinn City 

Court to register the increase in share capital to EEK 25,000,000.-.
