EXTENDED TERM OF OFFICE OF CHAIRMAN OF SUBSIDIARY'S BOARD



The head of AS Eesti Telefon Supervisory Board Mr. Toomas Sõmera and 

AS Eesti Telefon Management Board chairman Valdo Kalm have agreed 

that Mr. Kalm's tenure of office will be extended until 01.12.2000.

 

On 30.08.2000 AS Eesti Telefon Supervisory Board appointed the 

Management Board member Valdo Kalm to head of AS Eesti Telefon 

Management Board, with his term of office to end on 01.11.2000. 



AS Eesti Telefon Management Board members are the company's CFO Satu 

Koskinen, head of IP Services sub-unit Andres Käärik, head of TV 

networks sub-unit Irina Morozova and head of legal department Rein 

Astrik.
