CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



On 15.11.2000 the Supervisory Board of Tallinna Külmhoone decided to 

recall Malle Kanarik from the Management Board, to be replaced with 

Jaan Luks, the company's Estonian market sales director. Mr. Luks works 

at Tallinna Külmhoone AS since 1997. 

Jaan Luks does not own shares in Tallinna Külmhoone AS.
