ANNOUNCEMENT

 

REDUCTION OF OPTIVA PANK SHARE CAPITAL

 

The list of AS Optiva Pank shareholders will be closed for 

reduction of share capital at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 21.12.2000. 

Hence the shares traded today, on 19.12.2000, will not participate 

in share capital reduction. 

 

AS Optiva Pank share capital will be reduced by 41.78%, from EEK 

412,558,700 to EEK 240,192,480. Altogether 17,236,622 shares of AS 

Optiva Pank will be cancelled in the course of simplified reduction 

of share capital.
