CONCLUSION OF RENT AGREEMENT



On 22.12.2000 Tallinna Kaubamaja AS and AS Emajõe Ärikeskus signed a 

rent agreement for construction of shopping center in the center of 

Tartu (Turu St. 2). The new shopping center will have 9,500 m2 of 

general area and 7,600 m2 of sales premises, of which a major part 

will be operated by Kaubamaja’s subsidiary A-Selver AS. The new 

Selver store is scheduled to be opened in November 2001. Kaubamaja 

will invest EEK 50 million into the project.
