ANNOUNCEMENT

 

APPLICATION FOR DELISTING OF SHARES

 

According to the decision of AS Fakto Supervisory Board of 

29.01.01, the Management Board of Fakto submitted to Tallinn Stock 

Exchange an application for delisting of its shares.

The delisting application was submitted due to low trading activity 

in Fakto's shares on Tallinn Stock Exchange and emergence of new 

core investor to the company.
