PRELIMINARY CONSOLIDATED FINANICAL RESULTS, 2000



The consolidated and unaudited net sales of AS Klementi in year 2000 

amounted to EEK 113.5 million, which is EEK 7.4 million or 6.96% more 

than in 1999 (1999 consolidated net sales EEK 106.2 million). In year 

2000 the exports amounted to EEK 61.7 million, or 54.3% of net sales.



Compared to the same period last year, the sale of goods produced 

increased by 9.8% (from EEK 70.5 million to EEK 77.5 million). The 

share of goods produced of net sales was 68.22%.

In 2000 the company’s subcontracting sales totaled EEK 31.2 million, 

accounting for 27.50% of net sales (29.81% in). Compared with last 

year, the share of subcontracting works was lower by 2.31%. 



In year 2000 AS Klementi posted EEK 1.3 million net profit (in 1999: 

EEK 2.8 million loss). In Q4 the company earned EEK 1.7 million (in 

Q4 1999: EEK 0.5 million loss).



In Q4 2000 the new logistics center of AS Klementi was completed.



AS Klementi will publish its audited financial statements for year 

2000 through the stock exchange information system by 10th week of 

2001.
