CASE AGAINST AS EESTI TELEFON DROPPED



On 06.02.2001 OÜ Albufent (bankrupt) submitted to the Tallinn City 

Court an application to drop unconditionally the EEK 54,973,093 

claim against AS Eesti Telefon (100% subsidiary of AS Eesti Telekom). 

On 19.02.2001 Tallinn City Court issued a decree to end the 

proceedings in the aforementioned case (Albufent vs. Eesti Telefon).
