PAYMENT OF DIVIDENDS



According to the decision of AS Fakto shareholders' annual

general meeting of 28.03.2001, dividend payments will be made

as follows:

- Shares of AS Fakto are traded cum-dividends for the last 

day on 30.03.2001.

- AS Fakto shareholders registered in the shareholders’ list as of 

05.04.2001, 8:00 AM, are entitled for dividends.

- Dividends will be transferred to the shareholders’ current 

accounts connected with their securities accounts on 09.04.2001,
