SUBSCRIPTION RESULTS



Pursuant to Article 349 and Section 3 Article 347 of the Commercial

Code and the Council resolution of AS Hansapank as of 29 March 2001

including, inter alia, the authorisation for the Board of Directors to

cancel the unsubscribed shares, and having regard to the results of

the subscription for the new shares from 02 April 2001 through 17

April 2001, the Board hereby resolves:

To cancel 650,000 (six hundred and fifty thousand) unsubscribed new

shares.



To confirm that the total number of shares (78,857,109) and the amount

of the share capital (78.86 million kroons) shall remain unchanged.
