MOODY'S ADJUSTED THE FINANCIAL STRENGTH RATING



Moody's Investors Service adjusted its financial strength ratings

(FSRs) for Estonian banks to reflect both the expanded FSR scale (from

9 to 13 levels) brought about by the introduction of minus-sign

modifiers, and also the revised FSR definitions.



As a result, Hansabank’s FSR was raised by one level to C-.
