COMMENTARY ON THE BNS NEWS RELEASED ON 09.07.2001

 

The information released by BNS on 09.07.2001 about the 

shareholders of OÜ Nante Holding was out of date (acquired from the 

expired Krediidiinfo database). Shareholders Rein Viilu, Heino 

Priimägi and AS Epeks that were mentioned in the news dispossessed 

their share to OÜ Mailtec in June 2000. In June 2001 OÜ Mailtec 

sold its share of OÜ Nante Holding to Hjalmar Konno. Therefore OÜ 

Nante Holding can not be considered to be a company connected with 

AS Kalev board members.

 

Oliver Kruuda, the current CEO of AS Kalev, owns OÜ Hode 

Investeeringud.
