ANNOUNCEMENT

 

LISTING OF XXL.EE SHARES

 

The TSE Listing Committee discussed on its 10.07.2001 meeting the 

application of AS XXL.EE (hereinafter: XXL) for listing of shares 

issued in the course of the directed issue in the Secondary List of 

TSE.

 

On 28.07.2000 the extraordinary general meeting of XXL.EE 

shareholders decided to increase the company's share capital by EEK 

15,000,000 by issuing 1,500,000 new shares at par value of EEK 10. 

The pre-emptive right of the current shareholders of XXL.EE was 

waived.

 

The Listing Committee decided to satisfy the listing application of 

XXL.EE and to list 1,500,000 additionally issued shares of XXL.EE 

in the Secondary List of Tallinn Stock Exchange as of Tuesday, 

17.07.2001.
