ANNOUNCEMENT

 

RESUMPTION OF TRADE IN PRO KAPITAL GRUPP SHARES

 

Trade in AS Pro Kapital Grupp (PKG) shares will be resumed today at 

12:00 a.m. In accordance with the Listing Committee's decision 

trading in PKG shares will be enabled between September 3 and 

September 28, 2001.

 

Disclosure of Estonian and English language versions of the full 

text of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing Committee's 

decision of August 28, 2001, via the TSE information system, will 

precede the resumption of trade. The translation of the English 

language version is unofficial.
