PRO KAPITAL GRUPP TO APPEAL TSE LISTING COMMITTEE DECISION



The Management Board of Pro Kapital Grupp (PKG) decided to appeal 

within a week in Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Court of Arbitration 

the decision by the TSE Listing Committee to delist PKG shares.



PKG intends to file an appeal to the Council of the TSE Court of 

Arbitration during this week. Additionally, in coming days PKG will 

appoint the lawyer who will represent PKG in the TSE Court of 

Arbitration.
