ANNOUNCEMENT



NEW CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD



With regard to resignation application due to change of duties, 

Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS decided on 21.09.2001 

to recall Supervisory Board chairman Jüri Käo. The Supervisory 

Board satisfied his resignation application and elected Andres 

Järving new chairman of the Supervisory Board. Andres Järving

is also the chairman of AS A-Selver and AS Tartu Kaubamaja

Supervisory Boards. Jüri Käo will continue as a member of 

Tallinna Kaubamaja AS Supervisory Board.
