MERKO EHITUS PURCHASE BID IN AUCTION APPROVED



On 30.11.2001, head of Tallinn City Enterprise Board signed 

a directive approving AS Merko Ehitus purchase bid in written 

auction for acquisition of AS Tallinna Teed shares for EEK 42.6 Mio.

As of 30.11.2001 AS Merko Ehitus has 30 days to enter into a purchase 

and sale agreement with the City of Tallinn.
