TALLINN STOCK EXCHANGE 

ANNOUNCEMENT

 

DELISTING OF AS XXL.EE SHARES

 

On 06.02.2002 the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) Listing Committee 

decided to delist shares of AS XXL.EE from the TSE Secondary List 

as the shares do not correspond to requirements for listing 

securities in the Secondary List stipulated in TSE Rules and 

Regulations. Shares of AS XXL.EE will be delisted on 23.02.2002. 

The shares of AS XXL.EE are traded through the TSE trading system 

for the last day on Friday, 22.02.2002.

 

According to the TSE Listing Rules clause 6.3 shares can be 

admitted to the Secondary List if the foreseeable market 

capitalisation of shares for which admission to listing is sought 

or, if this cannot be assessed, the issuer’s equity capital, is at 

least 10 million EEK.
