MAI SELVER COMMERCIAL LEASE CONTRACT SIGNED IN PÄRNU



On February 8, 2002, AS A-Selver, subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS,

and Viiburi Kinnisvara AS entered into a commercial lease contract

for operating a supermarket in Viiburi Kaubahall (address Papiniidu 42,

Pärnu). The new Selver store will be named Mai Selver, and is scheduled

for opening in May.
